I was feeling done in, ... couldn't win
I only wanted to serve Buddha.
I thought there's no use getting into heavy traveling
it only leads to trouble and life killing.

Then wouldn't you know trapped under stone.
It was the great sage equal of heaven.
He asked to get the scriptures, I broke up his prison
And not a second later, I was screeching:

"M-M-M-M-M-M-M-Monkey!
I said, no fighting!
Stop beating, stop killing
The demons of the night!"

Then I had to throw a ring of gold,
And let it land on Monkey's crown.
And when the king's behavior becomes too much to endure
I just give him a headache, and say this sutra:

"M-M-M-M-M-M-M-Monkey!
I said, no fighting!
Stop beating, stop killing
The demons of the night!"

I said, no fighting!
